What you will do

• Provide Level 2 support for BT Trading and Command customers via Zendesk, including swift phone follow-ups and log collection.
• Act as project resource for new installations and complex upgrades, onsite or remotely as needed.
• Manage incidents, prioritize, diagnose issues logically, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers while ensuring excellence in engagement.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure maintenance and execute service designs for network, security, storage, and compute.
• Align services to client business requirements and adhere to hirify.global standards, processes, and policies.

Requirements

• Technical Support (Level 2/Intermediate), Infrastructure Architecture/Design (Level 3/Advanced), Troubleshooting/Incident Management (Level 2/Intermediate).
• Issue Resolution/Diagnosis (Level 3/Advanced), Escalation Management/Problem Solving (Level 2/Intermediate).
• BT Trading platform certified (TSS and Tradesense), good knowledge of SIP, TDM protocols (E1/T1), Session Border Controllers (SBC), Voice Recording.
• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, AudioCodes Syslog Viewer, BT Trading Syslogs/Debugs).
• Experience working unsupervised in large teams, on BT Trading/Command projects.
