A biopharmaceutical company developing differentiated therapeutic candidates to address unmet needs in oncology.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain relationships with business functions including Clinical, Finance, QA, Regulatory, Data Science, Pharmacovigilance, and People Team
• Design, plan, and implement application support structures using managed services or contractors
• Manage budgets, vendors, and act as single point of contact for specific applications and system roadmaps
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet objectives in time, cost, and quality; design software release management processes
• Coordinate status meetings, act as escalation point for integrations, data management, and infrastructure issues
• Serve as point of contact for system integration with recently acquired company (AnHeart) in China; maintain system documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
• Minimum 8+ years in IT, including 3+ years with Managed Services Providers for application support
• Experience in regulated environments with understanding of SOX, GxP, and CSV
• Proficient in English
• Broad IT application and infrastructure management experience, especially in Life Sciences
• Excellent management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Clinical, QA, Finance, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Data Science, or HR in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience implementing and managing Veeva suite, NetSuite, Argus, or Workday
• Experience leading international integration projects
