Salary: €52,500–€59,000 annually (includes vacation allowance and 13th-month pay, plus shift allowance)

What you will do

• Assemble and integrate complex modules into final assemblies according to strict specifications.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments for optimal functionality.
• Qualify modules using qualification tools following protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain documentation in SAP, Excel, and logbooks, providing feedback on procedures.
• Apply 5S+1 standards, identify process improvements, and ensure cleanroom compliance and safety.

Requirements

• MBO 3/4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or similar
• Ideally 2+ years at hirify.global and 4+ years in precision assembly; less experience considered for dedicated candidates
• Strong background in fine mechanics and precision engineering
• Good command of English (read/write)
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office
• Structured mindset, stress-resistant, high quality standards, excellent communication and teamwork
