Senior Software Test Engineer

Software company developing hirify.global Innovator, a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, with a development center in Poland. ASF team customizes the platform for customer needs including upgrades and cloud migrations.

What you will do

• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web applications
• Analyze, test, and clarify project requirements
• Develop and apply testing strategies, plan and prioritize tasks
• Create and maintain test documentation, review auto-tests
• Log bugs, track issues, collaborate on resolutions
• Report quality metrics, participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct demos
• Collaborate with developers, PO, partners; contribute to QA process improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA
• Experience testing web applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, best practices
• Experience creating test documentation (Test Cases, Checklists, Bug reports)
• Understanding of databases, data storage, client-server architecture, integrations
• Intermediate or higher English
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, automation (e.g., TypeScript)

• Experience with AI-assisted QA tools
