QA Engineer - Fullstack Senior (WFM): Building a next-generation WFM system from scratch impacting operational efficiency and team morale with an accent on testing solutions for NP-complete scheduling problems in an AI-first approach. Focus on designing, implementing, and executing full software testing lifecycle including functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and smoke testing across web applications, backend, and frontend.

Worldwide remote with flexible work from offices or remote. Relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan available for employee and family.

What you will do

• Perform functional acceptance, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing of web applications
• Design, implement, and execute the full software testing lifecycle
• Develop and maintain test documentation
• Conduct integration testing between backend and frontend, including backend testing
• Carry out acceptance, regression, and smoke testing (automated and manual)
• Identify, localize, and report defects using bug tracking systems

Requirements

• Experience and understanding in backend testing (REST/gRPC)
• Experience and understanding in Web UI testing
• Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests
• Experience working with CI/CD tools
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with international team

Nice to have

• Experience working with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf)
• Experience using modern AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to boost productivity
• Experience working with Kafka
