What you will do

• Identify inefficiencies and data issues across GTM processes and implement improvements using declarative tools like Flows, validation rules, layouts, and reporting.
• Use AI tools to analyse requirements, generate and refine solutions, identify edge cases, and improve documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Design scalable, maintainable declarative solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform standards.
• Own data quality and governance for key GTM objects, enforcing standards and fixing root causes systematically.
• Translate business needs into build-ready solutions, act as a quality gate, and drive adoption through enablement and feedback.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience in declarative-focused role with proven track record of building and delivering solutions directly in Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Flows, validation rules, reporting, and data models; experience improving data quality and platform consistency at scale.
• AI-native mindset: actively use tools like ChatGPT or Claude Code daily to improve speed, quality, and decision-making in analysis and execution.
• Structured thinking to break down problems into clear solutions; own end-to-end delivery without handing off to engineers.
• Comfortable challenging vague requests and communicating simply and directly.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
• Experience in B2B SaaS/GTM environments and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) and basic integrations.
