What you will do

• Develop and deliver enterprise data standards and operating models for Data Governance and Information Management.
• Implement AI-Ready data controls, including data quality and cataloguing, utilizing strategic data management tooling.
• Establish frameworks for organizing data domains and partner with owners to embed governance and ownership standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to implement controls based on prioritized data risks and business use cases.
• Lead end-to-end control implementation across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sets.
• Advocate for data management best practices and integrate emerging technologies and innovation within hirify.global Group.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in data management and data governance (ownership, quality, metadata, lineage, and cataloguing).
• Proficiency in data management and data governance technologies and tooling.
• Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks and operating models for Data & Information Management.
• Strong track record of delivering data-related initiatives and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address root causes of data issues.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London (Osterley) office.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AI-driven data management or governance tooling such as Anomalo or Atlan.
