What you will do

• Fine-tune wind turbine control system parameters for stability and optimization across configurations and power modes
• Develop new control functions to enhance turbine and wind farm performance, focusing on load reduction and power capture
• Investigate and analyze complex control issues in the fleet, developing corrective actions with international teams
• Collaborate on Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis for new control functions
• Work with modeling and simulation of key subsystems, sensors, pitch/yaw actuators, and wind farm flow effects

Requirements

• English: C1 required, German and Spanish desirable
• MSc/PhD in Mechanical, Control, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Control Design Techniques and Matlab/Simulink
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience
• Availability to travel
