Tribe Support Lead (Customer Support): Managing member communications and the booking process for a global community of remote professionals with an accent on customer success, sales support, and operational efficiency. Location: Remote (Global). Ability to work in European/African or North/South American timezones (between 12-8pm ± 2 hours CET)
Salary: $25,000 – $50,000 USD per year + bonus

What you will do
- Manage all email communication with the community and own the full bookings process.
- Guide accepted applicants through the decision-making process and ensure smooth orientation into the community.
- Consult members on the best Chapters for their journey and resolve their concerns.
- Create member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications for community updates.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and generate data-driven recommendations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and document processes to build a comprehensive support playbook.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar field.
- Proven experience in a sales role.
- Native-level English with impeccable grammar and strong writing skills.
- Ability to work in European/African or North/South American timezones (12-8pm ± 2 hours CET).
- High proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
