What you will do

• Develop and maintain product features using Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on system design, translate requirements into AI-native software, and contribute to scoping discussions.
• Implement safety rails for LLMs, managing stochastic outputs with deterministic validation for healthcare data accuracy.
• Apply best practices in testing, automation, and emerging AI tools like Claude or Copilot.
• Leverage AWS (Lambda, Kafka, EKS) for jobs, batch processing, and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in bug triage, and drive root cause fixes.
• Foster team excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and exploring new technologies.

Requirements

• BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years software development on server-side apps, APIs, integrations, data processing.
• Strong experience in compiled language like Golang or Java.
• Proficiency with relational DBs like PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization).
• AI integration: familiarity with Agentic Frameworks, LLM APIs (Anthropic/OpenAI), Prompt Engineering.
• Collaborative mindset, clean code, system performance understanding; startup experience a plus.

Nice to have

• GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
