Senior Pricing and Revenue Manager

TL;DR

Senior Pricing and Revenue Manager (Aviation): Lead a team of 2-3 managers driving revenue optimization for a €1B+ portfolio with an accent on total fare pricing, load factors, and market-competitive dynamics. What you will do

• Monitor sales trends, competitive activity, and performance drivers to recommend revenue optimization actions.
• Oversee promotional initiatives and apply data-driven pricing strategies across routes.
• Contribute to automating Pricing and Revenue Management tools, collaborating with Data Science and IT.
• Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Network Development, and other teams to maximize revenue.
• Coach and develop junior team members in pricing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7+ years experience in pricing, strategy, consulting, or similar, ideally in travel industry
• Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint; PowerBI, SQL a plus
• University degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences, or analytical field
• Fluent spoken/written English
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Team player and leader for cross-functional projects
• Ability to work under pressure in rapidly changing environment
