What you will do
- Lead operations for global Customer Success business units, reporting to Sr. Director, Customer Experience Strategy & Operations.
- Partner with CS VPs and Directors to transform strategy into actionable operational processes.
- Establish management rhythm and execution framework to empower CS leaders.
- Guide CX Systems Lead in developing technical infrastructure for business processes.
Requirements

- High-impact leadership experience in business operations (not system administration).
