Deployment Lead

TL;DR

Deployment Lead: Owning end-to-end deployment of AI-driven simulation platform into customer-owned infrastructure with an accent on Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-premise environments. Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (Shoreditch office) with remote flexibility; requires travel to customer sites in North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania for an average of 3-4 weeks per quarter.

What you will do

• Partner with customers to assess infrastructure requirements, security constraints, and deployment preferences as primary technical contact.
• Build relationships with customer technical teams and stakeholders; gather feedback to inform platform development.
• Design and execute deployment strategies for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, triage between application and infrastructure bugs, and validate platform in customer environments.
• Apply and improve deployment best practices; coach internal colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience deploying Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Crossplane, Terraform, Helm.
• Understanding of networking, security, and observability in containerized environments.
• Proven track record working directly with external customers or clients.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts; strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering roles.
