What you will do

• Understand business processes and learn how Professional Services projects are sold, planned, resourced, managed, and evaluated by talking to different teams.
• Configure and customize SAP products like SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and others to deliver Professional Services.
• Execute, test, and record business processes to create marketing and demo content such as product tours, scripts, and videos.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP solutions, helping to fix issues and improvements.

Requirements

• English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+) with excellent speaking skills for meetings with English-speaking customers.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts: project delivery processes, tools like Jira and Confluence, methodologies.
• Higher education in IT, economics, or finance.
• Business Analysis skills (communication with stakeholders to define business process flows) from work or university.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP products or experience with other ERP/CRM systems as end user or key user.
• Product Marketing/SMM skills for creating marketing and demo assets.
• Knowledge/experience with Figma, Canva, graphic design, and video editing tools.
