What you will do

• Maintain and update datacenter assets, configurations, and documentation in CMDB.
• Execute day-to-day operations: monitoring, incident handling, escalations, and changes.
• Install, configure, replace hardware components, and conduct physical audits.
• Design, install, maintain structured cabling (fiber and copper) with clean patching and management.
• Prepare racks, PDUs, cabling structures; support datacenter design reviews and layout validation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in hands-on datacenter operations or infrastructure roles
• CDCP certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Expertise in rack installation, structured cabling (fiber & copper), hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to read floorplans, rack layouts, diagrams; understand PDUs and cooling
• Experience with CMDB, asset tracking, configuration management
• Comfortable in 24/7 environment with on-call; detail-oriented, calm under pressure
