What you will do

• Lead Agile delivery and team culture, facilitating ceremonies and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience at lead/principal level.
• Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Proven technical strategy ownership for product/platform areas.
• Deep mentoring experience and strong stakeholder communication.
• Security-first mindset with risk assessments; available for on-call one week every five.
