• Investigate and resolve issues for customers and chauffeurs quickly
• Prioritize and escalate customer feedback to management and teams

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English & French
• Onsite in Dubai office with flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Experience in customer-facing role in luxury service industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-volume contact center
• Technically proficient
