What you will do

• Deploy and maintain internal AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Develop telemetry and dashboards to monitor AI adoption, productivity, and impact.
• Create early-stage prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI agent experiments.
• Translate high-level concepts into functional technical solutions in collaboration with the Head of AI.
• Train and onboard cross-functional teams on effective AI tool utilization.
• Maintain the internal AI Knowledge Hub with documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical expertise in LLM workflows, including prompting, evaluation, and agents.
• Experience with AWS environments (Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
• Strong ability to build and maintain data dashboards and pipelines.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for international team collaboration.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance basics.
