What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line support for on-site and remote users, including hardware, OS, SaaS, and identity issues.
• Administer identity platforms like JumpCloud, Microsoft 365/Azure AD, and Google Workspace, managing user lifecycle and access controls.
• Deploy and manage endpoint security with CrowdStrike, enforce encryption, patching, MDM, and device compliance.
• Support network infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and collaborate on hardening.
• Automate provisioning workflows, improve processes through scripting, and evaluate new tools.
• Ensure security best practices, maintain audit documentation, and support compliance in regulated environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in similar IT support/operations role
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Azure AD, JumpCloud, and CrowdStrike or equivalent EDR.
• Experience managing hybrid/remote workforces and regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Good networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPN, firewalls) and endpoint hardening.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize by business impact/risk.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, Intune.
• Scripting for automation and knowledge of Linux environments.
