• Solve critical business questions shaping hirify.global’s business model through data-driven analysis.
• Enable operational excellence by tackling challenges with an analytical mindset.
• Build and optimize models for real-time improvements.
• Communicate effectively with teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Own projects by challenging the status quo and driving innovation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed Master’s degree or last year of Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, Physics, or related.
• Passion for data analytics and business consulting.
• Knowledge of fast-paced environments.
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python (or excited to learn).
• Available minimum 16h per week for minimum 4 months, preferably more.
• French speaker or good knowledge of the French market with valid EU work permit.
