What you will do

• Engage customers to uncover business challenges and provide insights using hirify.global solutions.
• Present compelling stories about hirify.global offerings and paths to success.
• Collaborate with opportunity, R&D, and Customer Success teams to win accounts and ensure customer success.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, efficiency, and standardization.
• Create and maintain tools, content, frameworks, and best practices for the team.
• Act as a problem solver and trusted advisor, designing solutions that integrate hirify.global with customer tech landscapes.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a digital banking consultant for a leading vendor (banking, payments, tech, or SaaS experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills for engagements across teams, cultures, and timezones.
• Ability to prioritize, plan under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team player, hands-on, self-motivated with a getting-things-done mentality.
