What you will do

• Build and launch ecommerce websites using E-Series templates, including pages, configurations, and basic SEO.
• Prepare and organize product catalogs for optimal merchandising and performance.
• Conduct QA testing across desktop and mobile for seamless navigation to checkout.
• Provide ongoing support via tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with North American customers and internal teams for timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building ecommerce sites on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Experience configuring navigation, collections, product pages, and store policies.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS and theme/template mechanics.
• Familiarity with website analytics like Google Analytics and Search Console.
