Web Agency Specialist (Ecommerce): Build and maintain ecommerce websites on hirify.global’s E-Series platform with an accent on storefront creation from templates, product catalog setup, and ongoing support. Focus on QA across desktop and mobile, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring conversion-ready sites aligned with business goals.

Permanent work from home for Manila team in the Philippines. Follows PH holidays; no need to commute through Manila traffic.

What you will do

  • Build and launch ecommerce websites using templates, including page creation, store configuration, and basic SEO setup.
  • Prepare product catalogs with setup, organization, and merchandising for strong performance.
  • Perform QA on desktop and mobile for smooth navigation to checkout experience.
  • Provide ongoing support via ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalating issues.
  • Communicate with North American customers and internal teams for timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across build and support stages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building ecommerce websites on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar.
  • Experience configuring navigation, collections/categories, product pages, and store policies.
  • Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and how themes/templates work.
  • Familiar with website analytics basics like Google Analytics and Search Console.
