Live Site Specialist

Live Site Specialist (Website): Maintaining websites for hirify.global clients, engaging with them to make informed decisions, and supporting website updates while advising on best practices for conversions. Focus on assisting clients with website updates, troubleshooting limitations of hirify.global’s WordPress theme, and providing guidance on self-service tools.

Location: Denver, must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $23.68-$35.52/hour, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Upgrade client's existing hirify.global websites based on new offerings, best practices, and data.
• Assist with time-sensitive support requests for clients with existing hirify.global sites.
• Interact with clients to provide information and address inquiries about their hirify.global website.
• Teach clients how to take ownership of their hirify.global sites and make updates on their own.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials on hirify.global sites.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to address client needs and improve website performance.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent English, any other languages is a plus.
• Experience working with WordPress and/or another website building platform.
• Understand website best practices.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of G Suite products such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO and Keyword research.
• Graphic Design skills.
• Zendesk experience.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• DNS / Cloudflare experience.
