Starlink Enterprise Account Manager (Channel Partners): Manage large complex enterprise agreements for satellite broadband internet from contract signature through activation and growth, with an accent on stakeholder relationships, revenue opportunities, and account health monitoring. Focus on onboarding customers, tracking risks and payments, collecting feedback for product improvements, and shaping regional strategies.

Location: Bastrop, TX. Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee. Availability to travel to customer sites.

What you will do

  • Act as primary point of contact owning assigned book of business from contract to long-term growth
  • Build stakeholder relationships, understand needs, set expectations, and identify revenue opportunities
  • Collect feedback to improve products, technology, and processes
  • Track account readiness, risks, schedules, payments, and communicate to meet revenue targets
  • Shape regional strategy and create scalable process/system improvements
  • Monitor account health including payments, performance, support, compliance, and relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in engineering/business or high school diploma + 6+ years in business development, operations, engineering, or account management
  • 3+ years consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years supporting technical products/services with customers
  • Available for extended hours/weekends and travel as needed
  • ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Nice to have

  • Experience managing complex projects under tight deadlines
  • Proven customer relationship building with empathy and resilience
  • Technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications
  • Ability to translate complex needs into solutions
  • Strong business judgment for recommendations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
