What you will do

• Partner with ML science leadership to define and execute the applied science roadmap improving recommendation quality, traveler engagement, and partner outcomes.
• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of initiatives from problem framing, data discovery, feature definition, experimentation, to rollout.
• Translate partner needs into requirements, metrics, and backlogs for the ML team, aligning with Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Drive program execution across teams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Champion best practices in experimentation, evaluation, documentation, and post-launch learning for scientific rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management in ML, data-intensive, or large-scale platforms.
• Strong understanding of applied ML (supervised learning, ranking, recommendations), data ecosystems, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into scientific statements, metrics, and roadmaps balancing short- and long-term impact.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
