What you will do

• Own full product lifecycle including definition, planning, development, production, launch, and end-of-life for a Xeon server CPU product.
• Coordinate across design, architecture, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing teams as single-threaded owner.
• Influence roadmap using competitive hirify.globalligence, customer insights, and workload analysis.
• Define product positioning, performance narratives, and go-to-market strategies based on real workloads.
• Drive workload readiness, execution across validation and optimization teams, and global launch support.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on priorities, tradeoffs, and success metrics without direct authority.

Requirements

• Hybrid work model requires on-site time at assigned hirify.global US site (Hillsboro OR, Folsom CA, or Austin TX)
• Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field.
• 7+ years in semiconductor product management, technical marketing, or product architecture.
• 7+ years owning end-to-end hardware/platform products including launch and lifecycle.

Nice to have

• System/platform level depth and experience with server/datacenter CPU, memory, I/O.
• Track record leading senior engineers, articulating product narratives, MBA or business translation skills.
• Exposure to hyperscale/CSP/OEM customers and workload benchmarking (MLPerf, SPEC, TPC).
