What you will do

• Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from scratch
• Lead full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire top talent
• Design onboarding and offboarding processes
• Develop company culture and handle employee relations
• Manage performance programs, compensation, benefits, and equity
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Support organizational planning and immigration cases

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including scaling companies or building HR from scratch
• Experience with startup compensation structures
• Familiarity with modern HR tools like Lever, LinkedIn, Resourcing Edge
• Experience working with AI tools
• Strong recruiting, culture building, and decision-making in ambiguity
