What you will do

• Design and implement infrastructure and tools empowering product teams to iterate rapidly and securely, emphasizing reliability and automation.
• Influence strategic direction of infrastructure and operational practices to scale the organization.
• Proactively resolve production issues, handle incidents, and ensure blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with product teams on deployments, release management, and incident handling.
• Build and deploy AI-powered tooling like autonomous coding agents and LLM-assisted CI/CD.
• Foster continuous learning, constructive reviews, and improvement processes.

Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English with exceptional communication abilities
• Kubernetes expertise, managing and maintaining clusters.
• 3-5 years in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Crossplane) and cloud provisioning.
• 3-5 years developing and scripting in Go, Python, or similar.
• Expertise in Linux, containerization, cloud technologies, and distributed systems production management.
• AI fluency: build and deploy LLM-powered developer tooling and autonomous agents.

Nice to have

• Networking knowledge, service mesh, platform engineering, cross-cloud networking.
• Familiarity with Ethereum ecosystem, staking, and blockchain technologies.
