Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD base + equity, annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, robust APIs, libraries, and services for the API-first platform
• Own functionality and scalability from inception to deployment and customer integration
• Expose and document features for UI, third-party developers, and internal tooling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure application performance and quality
• Mentor peers through code reviews and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cryptography, or related
• At least 6 years in designing cryptographic solutions for enterprise back-end/server-side systems
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC, AES, SHA)
• Strong experience with C, C++, or Rust; TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• RESTful API design, microservices, unit/functional testing, Git/GitHub, CI tools
• Algorithm design, problem-solving, complexity analysis; fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, FIPS)
• Experience in TSS, MPC, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or centralized finance
