What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in hirify.global Database and related technologies for enterprise customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis on high-scale data analytics platforms and restore critical systems.
  • Communicate technical findings and resolutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop modern support strategies like knowledge-centered support and self-service tools.
  • Participate in 24/7 support rotations, including alternate shifts and on-call duties.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required and must be physically located within the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in technical support, product support, or related engineering role
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting with database technologies including SQL and/or NoSQL
  • Experience reviewing logs, scripts, and code (Python, JavaScript, C#)
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix, public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or private cloud (VMware)
  • Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with broader hirify.global ecosystem and data integration tools
