What you will do

• Build and deploy ML models for recommendations, ranking, and personalization to drive user engagement
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and production deployment
• Develop scalable ML pipelines with Spark and Airflow for reliable model delivery
• Design, train, and optimize models using PyTorch or TensorFlow in production
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks like A/B testing and offline evaluation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate needs into ML solutions
• Apply responsible AI ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety

Requirements

• 5–8 years experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Proficiency in Python and one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems (Spark, Airflow)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and model evaluation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ownership
• Agile mindset adapting to data and priorities
• Growing AI fluency including LLMs applied responsibly
