What you will do

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and performant gameplay systems and architectures.
  • Define and maintain high coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
  • Lead features development and the assigned tech team from pre-production to QA.
  • Ensure a clean, maintainable, and modular codebase as the game team and scope grow.
  • Drive technical decisions and propose architectural improvements that support the game’s long-term vision.
  • Mentor peers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in game development.
  • Mastery in Unity in a production environment, including Addressables, Remote Settings, CDN, and Online/Social features.
  • Deep understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI, and UX.
  • Experience in game programming patterns and creating generic modules.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Previous experience working on a mobile game that scaled.
