About the company

RJ Games is an international developer and publisher of mobile and social games, headquartered in Cyprus. Our project Puzzle Breakers combines the simplicity of match-3, the depth of RPG, top-tier art, and elegant game mechanics. The game is live worldwide on iOS / Android, with tens of thousands of players enjoying it every day. And we’re not planning to stop there! We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to strengthen our great development team. This is a key engineering role at the intersection of client development, game systems architecture, and integration with backend services. We don’t have micromanagement or unnecessary bureaucracy but we do have a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, strong expertise, and a great product.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the game architecture.
• Implement gameplay mechanics and core game systems.
• Work with the configuration system.
• Integrate SDKs and third-party plugins (mobile stores, ads, etc.).
• Optimize performance and maintain high technical quality.
• Configure and maintain automated builds.
• Confident use of version control systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Unity development experience.
• Released projects (mobile RPG projects are a strong plus).
• Experience in designing software architecture.
• Experience in optimizing and improving game performance.
• Understanding of asset management approaches (Addressables, Asset Bundles).
