Content Engineer (Contract)

Content Engineer (Contract): Contributing to content strategy with a focus on identifying, experimenting, and executing written content in high-leverage channels to reach users interested in open source and custom models. Focus on generating high viewership content on external sites and defining the approach to search in AI.

What you will do

• Produce new, high-quality technical content.
• Find credible sites and information aggregators for content distribution.
• Identify topics of interest to the hirify.global ICP using external and internal data.
• Plan and produce content that drives visibility.
• Codify and use the latest SEO and AEO to orient and optimize content.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a developer with at least one of Python, Go, or C.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
• Strong thesis and POV on topics that AI/ML engineers are curious about.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an extreme bias toward ownership.
• Experimental and data-driven mindset with clear outcomes and quick iteration.
• Ability to move fast, ship content, and iterate based on learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference platforms, or LLM tooling.
• Background supporting open source developer tooling.
• Prior work tinkering or experimenting with a range of open source frontier models.
• Likes keeping up to date with the latest trends and news in AI.
• Prior work at a low-code, API-first, or model/data platform company.
