What you will do
- Handle customer care, inbox management, and community concierge duties.
- Moderate the free Facebook group and paid member groups.
- Attend Zoom webinars/workshops and manage chat Q&A.
- Post announcements, pin updates, and organize resources.
- Track common issues/feature requests and propose improvements.
- Maintain macros/response libraries, update SOPs, and provide weekly support metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent written & spoken English with a clear, friendly tone.
- High empathy and a service mindset, calm under pressure during live events.
- Strong tech savvy and problem-solving skills; learns new platforms quickly.
- Proven experience supporting digital memberships/courses.
- Proactive, self-directed, and organized.
Nice to have
- Experience in pet/dog training communities.
- Retention and churn-prevention workflows.
- Light reporting/CS ops (e.g., tagging, reason codes, weekly insights).
