• Design and execute test strategies and plans, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with developers to understand changes in scope and assess cross-functional impact.
• Investigate live issues with Customer Support and Live Ops teams, driving timely resolution and addressing root causes.
• Drive and improve QA best practices, process standardisation, and continuous improvement across pods.

Requirements

• Strong advocate for the use of AI to enhance QA workflows and outcomes.
• Experience with web testing (debugging tools, browser/device compatibility, network throttling).
• Familiarity with APIs and backend systems.
• Experience with web automation testing.
• Understanding of payment flows, store functionality, and account systems.
• Experience working with cross-platform/server configurations.
