What you will do

• Review requirements and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, performing thorough regression testing on production.
• Collaborate with customer support and users via community chat portals to incorporate feedback.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with developers and product managers to identify and align system requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar QA role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, REST, WebSockets, and SQL.
• Experience with Automated End-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright.
• Knowledge of GIT and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA or Linear.
• Experience with Agile methodology and measuring AngularJS component performance.
• Proficiency in Smoke, Sanity, Manual E2E, and Regression testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with JMeter for Performance and Load testing.
• Proficiency in testing APIs using Postman, SoapUI, Apollo or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
