What you will do

• Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development cycles.
• Develop and manage internal tools, including code review bots and automation scripts.
• Configure and manage Kubernetes manifests to support dynamic environments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and eliminate productivity bottlenecks.
• Balance technical implementation with user experience design for internal developer tools.
• Navigate technical tradeoffs to build scalable and reliable internal infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be aligned with Western European working hours.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to team support.
