What you will do

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and system reliability.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, including bots and automation scripts to streamline code reviews and deployments.
• Manage and configure Kubernetes manifests to support dynamic environments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Balance technical tasks with proactive communication and support for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby.
• Experience managing GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD pipeline technologies.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be reasonably aligned with Western European working hours.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on building trust and navigating technical tradeoffs.
