What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain Go-based backend services and tools.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD systems using highly scalable custom runners.
• Build and troubleshoot Docker/OCI images and containerized applications.
• Manage, monitor, and deploy applications using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define technical requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Go for backend or platform development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Docker image optimization, including caching layers and security.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes manifests, deployments, services, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Design Patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with various cloud providers.
• Experience with observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
