Materials Program Manager

What you will do

• Translate manufacturing and business requirements into actionable supply chain strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer demand and align raw materials requirements.
• Oversee the acquisition of materials to support NPI programs and ensure a seamless transition to HVM.
• Partner with suppliers to execute contractual obligations, address performance metrics, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor program indicators, provide status updates, and establish contingency plans for risk mitigation.
• Drive closure of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), BOM cost benchmarking, and liability settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management tools and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply insights to develop actionable solutions.
• Experience in supplier management, including contractual performance, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of BOM management, cost benchmarking, and Engineering Change Order processes.

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with new site startups, liability settlements, and operational ramp readiness.
