What you will do

• Organize and oversee the administrative part of the hiring process, including contracts and dismissal documents.
• Process vacation requests and related documentation.
• Track and calculate employee work schedules.
• Maintain and update employee personal files.
• Develop and prepare HR reports upon management's request.
• Support teammates in adapting to work processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an HR administrative department.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Good knowledge of English and Russian.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation.
• Expert knowledge of HR management systems and tools (e.g., Peopleforce, Eve, AS Wages, AMG Attendance, TaxService, Jira).
