What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for payment flows across web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-quality UI/UX deliverables aligned with product and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to drive product innovation.
• Utilize user insights and empathy to create reliable and intuitive payment experiences.
• Propose and implement continuous design optimizations to improve usability and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record of shipping digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems design, specifically within fintech or payments.
• Deep understanding of payment systems and associated user pain points.
• Expertise in Figma and building/maintaining comprehensive design systems.
• Proficiency in English for effective cross-team communication.
• Ability to translate research insights and design thinking into impactful solutions.

Nice to have

• Ability to create custom illustrations.
• Skills in motion or interaction animations to enhance user experiences.
