What you will do

• Define and evolve frontend architecture, frameworks, and design systems for mission-critical applications.
• Partner with product, design, and backend teams to establish long-term technical roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior engineers.
• Drive engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and accessibility standards.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical strategies and execution plans.
• Represent frontend engineering in cross-team architecture discussions and influence organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and React.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale frontend systems and architecture.
• Experience mentoring and developing engineers into technical leaders.
• Deep expertise in design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern deployment practices.
• Must have permanent right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph-based UIs like react-flow or litegraph.js.
• Experience with data visualization libraries.
