Junior Software Developer

What you will do

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to specifications.
• Implement new features and enhancements aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure applications are efficient, maintainable, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support integration work with system engineers and DevOps teams; write and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Required Clearance: Top Secret
• DoD 8140 certification
• Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with frameworks/libraries (e.g., .NET, Angular, React, Spring Boot).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs; familiarity with Git and version control.
