What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for key European countries.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through localized campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with payment providers, banks, and fintech platforms.
• Oversee daily regional operations, ensuring high service quality and efficiency.
• Represent the company to regulators, business partners, and public stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a local cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU with authorization to work in the region.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling products across EU markets.
• Familiarity with European financial services regulation and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Background in commercial operations, business development, or general management.
• Experience in crypto exchanges, digital wallets, neobanks, or payment systems.
• Familiarity with SEPA payments, fiat on/off ramps, and EU banking infrastructure.
• Experience building and leading distributed teams.
