What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to drive key cross-functional initiatives and organizational alignment.
• Prepare and manage recurring investor and board reports, including financial metrics, KPIs, and hiring progress.
• Maintain the investor CRM and coordinate board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites.
• Lead cross-departmental projects to enhance growth, internal operations, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on performance tracking, budgeting, and headcount reporting.
• Build and optimize internal systems for OKR tracking and operational visibility.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in VC or fintech startups.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Must be based in Paris and eligible for a French convention de stage.
• Strong project management skills and a proactive "get things done" attitude.
• Passion for Bitcoin and personal finance.

Hiring process

• Take-home task followed by a review call (60 min).
• Behavioural interview (60 min) with the CEO.
