What you will do

• Supervise and motivate a team of Product Analysts to achieve quantity and quality KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end monthly processes and delegate workflows to ensure timely project completion.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance team effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, training, and career development support, including performance reviews.
• Coordinate local administrative needs including finance, payroll, and HR activities.
• Partner with management on succession planning and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven leadership and workload distribution experience.
• Successful project management experience, ideally in market research or data environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
