What you will do

• Manage and respond to client emails and inquiries using a polished, luxury brand tone.
• Coordinate the Head Designer's calendar, including scheduling and confirming in-store and virtual consultations.
• Prepare and track custom design quotes, following up with customers regarding approvals and timelines.
• Execute social media scheduling, draft captions, and professionally manage direct messages.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation to support workflow between sales and production.

Requirements

• Must be based in Philippines or South Africa.
• Ability to work in Atlantic Standard Time (AST), Mon–Fri, 10 AM–5 PM.
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Shopify, and various social media platforms.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or hospitality is preferred.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
